Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our Ramsey, NJ store. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and help maintain an organized sales floor in alignment with company standards.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, assist in inventory and merchandising tasks, and contribute to store safety and recovery throughout shifts. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow labor laws and loss prevention standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
