Toledo Steel Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, build rapport quickly, and contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Proficient with ERP software or similar database.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound emails and calls.
• Follow up on leads and move opportunities toward closure.
• Learn multiple pricing structures for quoting.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate person for further development and closure.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Upsell other services offered by the company for customer convenience.
• Maintain database of current and potential customers.
• Research competitors within the industry.
• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure accurate information is relayed.
• Recommend relevant sales solutions to customers.
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers.
