AT&T in Wichita Falls, Texas, is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services for customers in their homes and businesses. You’ll work independently, becoming a trusted expert and solving problems daily.

Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladder safety awareness required.
• Be able to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors and complete pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new customers daily.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems while delivering best-in-class service.
• Climb ladders, run cables and complete installations as needed.
