Job summary

Ace Retail Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.

You will greet customers, proactively assist with solving problems, demonstrate strong product knowledge, keep signage current, stock back rooms and end caps, and support store operations. The role also requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs and may involve forklift training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor and work well with customers and associates.
• Ensure calls and pages are answered promptly and courteously.
• Forward customer complaints to management when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and locate products in the store.
• Assist customers with personalized service to deliver amazing every time.
• Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain back stock levels and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Keep signage current and ensure end caps and ad merchandise are up to date.
• Support merchandise resets and assist with price changes/coster orders.
• Operate forklift with proper training if needed.
• Participate in store meetings and present ideas to management.
