Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining tidy merchandise presentation. You will help customers with personalized service and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing questions, supporting price changes and merchandising, and contributing to a positive, professional work environment. Forklift operation may be required with training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group and proactively assist customers.
• Greet customers and assist with solutions, passing unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels and orderly presentation.
• Assist with price changes, signage, and merchandise resets as needed.
• Operate forklift with proper training and support store operations.
