Total Wine & More in Fort Myers is seeking a Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and on the floor. You will process transactions, greet customers, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

Roles may span cashier, sales associate, or merchandiser duties with cross-training in wine and beer categories. Evening/weekend availability and physical handling of stock are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide fast, friendly service and engage with customers to build relationships.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with bagging and product questions.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, ads, and safety policies; ensure store cleanliness and compliance.
