Total Wine & More in Naples, FL is seeking a Front End Team Member. The role focuses on fast, friendly cashier service with potential duties as sales associate or merchandiser. You will report to store management and help create a positive visit for every customer.

Expect to process transactions, assist customers with product questions, and participate in training on wine, spirits, and beer. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and engage customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Promote loyalty program and inform customers about promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
