Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service. Partners where needed for additional support. Promotes Findmore and other programs to drive sales and enhance service.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing. Maintains signing and merchandising at checkouts and stocks impulse fixtures.
• General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance. Participates in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives and meets performance standards including iCAP, sales, service, and attendance.
