Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Store Associate in Tempe to deliver a welcoming customer and brand experience. You will run registers, assist shoppers, stock merchandise, and help maintain sales floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, basic math, and clear English communication. You must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes payments.
• Asks customers for cash donations at POS.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Greets customers and helps them locate products.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to store procedures.
