Rural King is seeking a Cashier to deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service at the front end. You will process payments, assist customers, promote programs, and follow cash-handling procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with loyalty and protection plans while collaborating with store staff.

Competenze

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and other technology.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow procedures for cash handling, returns, exchanges, layaways, and price disputes.
• Educate customers about Rural King Loyalty Program, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Respond to store calls using professional phone etiquette.
• Coordinate with loaders and associates to promptly address customer needs.
