• Customer Service & Sales: Greets and assists customers while providing excellent service. Promotes programs to drive sales and enhance service.
• Checkout Standards: Completes checkout processes, handles returns, and supports signing and merchandising standards at checkouts.
• General Operations: Assists with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs and inventory processes.
• Performance Standards: Supports shrink and safety initiatives and meets role performance metrics.
