• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service and supports credit, rewards and gift card programs.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes, handles returns, and assists with signing and merchandising standards; uses POS devices.
• General Operations - Supports Omnichannel efforts, assists with recovery and inventory, and participates in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Meets shrink/safety targets and performance standards, including iCAP and attendance.
