• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and some overnight shifts or travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Share product, fashion, and styling knowledge, and educate customers about available programs and resources.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with customer and product feedback.
