Responsibilities include providing fashion guidance, meeting sales targets, assisting in fitting rooms, maintaining floor standards, and sharing product feedback with management to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized fashion guidance.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement objectives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and explain available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.
