Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and collect necessary data.
• Test-drive vehicle as necessary and advise on care per manufacturer specs.
• Establish payment method and obtain credit approval.
• Follow up progress of each repair order and inform customers of changes.
• Deliver vehicle and answer questions; maintain follow-up for additional items.
• Maintain clean work and customer areas; foster repeat/referral business.
