Canton Ford is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to help customers select and purchase new and pre-owned vehicles, delivering an exceptional experience from first contact through delivery and beyond.

Ideal candidates communicate well, follow a proven process, and are eager to build lasting customer relationships in East Texas. Automotive experience helps, but training is provided for the right attitude and work ethic.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn Ford products and technology
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish a professional buying experience
• Identify customer wants, needs, budget, and vehicle preferences
• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles, technology, features, and programs
• Present vehicle options clearly and professionally
• Follow the Canton Ford sales process from initial contact through delivery
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom customers
• Maintain consistent communication with unsold prospects
• Build repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
• Utilize the dealership CRM to document customer activity and follow-up
• Respond to leads quickly and professionally
• Complete Ford product and sales training
• Maintain contact with customers after the sale
• Ask for referrals and reviews
