Janie and Jack in Massachusetts is seeking an inspired Assistant Store Manager to champion the business and lead the team to drive exceptional results. You will be looked to for expertise, direction, communication, and feedback to help the staff achieve their goals.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, coach associates, implement visual merchandising strategies, and deliver a customer-centric shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience (preferred).
• Experience leading a team to meet sales and KPIs.
• Ability to train staff and improve product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs.
• Cooperates with GM to develop action plans and timelines.
• Motivates the team to achieve hourly, daily, and weekly goals.
• Creates and implements visual merchandising strategies to increase sales.
• Fosters an inclusive, positive work environment focused on the brand.
