Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking a Customer Development Manager to lead Retail Poultry sales initiatives in the Northwest Arkansas area. You will drive market share via optimized merchandising plans, manage broker relationships, and coordinate with internal partners to hit AOP sales and profitability targets.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years sales experience.
• Knowledge of Retail Poultry is preferred.
• Requires basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management and/or strategic planning experience is required.
• Travel Up to 12 plus trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Sell Retail Poultry products and increase market share through merchandising plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and increase account penetration.
• Maximize volume potential and profitability while upholding Tyson's standards.
• Evaluate broker performance and conduct Retail Poultry sales meetings with brokers.
• Direct broker managers on goals of the Retail Poultry division.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external customers to hit AOP sales targets.
