Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads from social media, website inquiries, referrals, previous customers, and other marketing sources.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups with new leads and older opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Understand homeowner priorities and scheduling needs for consultations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up dates.
