Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to challenge teams constructively and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, SLAs, and obligations for compliance.
• Monitor adherence to terms and escalate non-compliance.
• Track deliverables and milestones for timely execution.
• Hold internal teams accountable for commitments.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operations, legal, and customer success to resolve challenges.
