Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years with SLAs and compliance frameworks.
• 5+ years in customer operations, contract management, and project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret complex contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to challenge teams constructively and drive accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, SLAs, and obligations.
• Monitor adherence to terms and elevate non-compliance issues.
• Track deliverables and milestones for timely execution.
• Hold internal teams accountable for commitments.
• Identify gaps or risks and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operations, legal, and customer success to resolve challenges.
• Provide regular updates on compliance status and delivery performance to leadership.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for contractual obligations.
