Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. You will support customers through their implementation journey, configuring SaaS solutions and delivering effective training to ensure value realization.

The role is hybrid to our Irving, TX office with a required three‑days‑per‑week office presence. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, organized, and able to translate business needs into practical configurations, and to work with cross‑functional teams to

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role will support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt and get value from our SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective customer training.

This role is hybrid to our Irving, TX office with the expectation of attending the office 3 days per week.

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption.
• Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Experienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Learning new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Aviation or aerospace experience is an advantage as well as knowledge of the FOX Training Management System.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month.
