Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Virginia. The role focuses on delivering happiness to customers, whether at their doorstep or via local community involvement. We offer competitive hourly pay with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include vehicle delivery, paperwork, and maintaining safety and licensing requirements. The position requires physical work, a valid license, and the ability to obtain Notary and state-specific licenses within set timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Notary within 90 days of hire (sponsored by Carvana).
• Must meet state license requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers with Carvana haulers; training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform safety inspections of the hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with Carvana policies.
• Possess or obtain required licenses (Notary, DMV/title access) within timelines.
