Kayem Foods is seeking a Customer Deductions Specialist to manage and resolve deductions and short pays through detailed analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will review invoices, DDS, credits, and backup documentation to determine validity and ensure timely resolution.
In this role you will partner with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Customer Service to investigate discrepancies, maintain records, and prepare weekly reports on deduction activity and aging.
The Customer Deductions Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing and resolving customer deductions and short pays through detailed research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will ensure timely identification and resolution of payment discrepancies while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Secondary responsibilities will include limited EDI order support and basic customer service functions.

The base pay range for this role is $29 - $35 USD/Hourly
The listed salary range represents Kayem Foods'good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire pay ranges.
Ranges are reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued wage growth.
