Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a Customer Data Coordinator who will perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative and provide exemplary service to residential and commercial customers. This role requires daily onsite presence and supports data entry, file maintenance, and office administration while backing up CSR tasks during peak times.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, batch processing, monthly reporting, and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial customers via phone and in person.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data; upload/verify batches by 10:00am daily.
• Process payments and manage customer accounts; ensure data correctness.
• Coordinate monthly reporting and assist with year-end reporting as needed.
• Support with special projects and office administration tasks as required.
