Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an intern in New York to support the Customer Performance team with data management, reporting, and process optimization. You’ll help maintain dashboards, develop templates, and ensure timely, accurate performance insights for leadership.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools, strong communication skills, and experience in operations or project coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program.
• Eligible majors include Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or related.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in operations, data management, or project coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Customer Performance Directors for reporting.
• Maintain and improve data management systems for accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and streamline reporting templates for leadership insights.
• Support development of operational dashboards to track project health.
• Define and implement standard work protocols with the Customer Performance team.
• Document standard operating procedures for uniform execution.
• Support transformation roadmap by identifying process improvements.
• Assist rollout of new processes ensuring team alignment.
• Act as an operational resource for Customer Performance Management.
• Coordinate collection of performance data for recurring reports.
• Maintain rhythms for performance reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes with goals.
