Responsibilities

• Plan & Schedule: Create and manage maintenance schedules based on manuals, weather, and labor availability to ensure efficiency.
• Predictive Maintenance: Use data-driven strategies to proactively address technical and business-related issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, track site tasks, and standardize work processes.
• Staffing: Partner with contractors to ensure the right skills and staffing levels are in place.
• Performance: Hold partners accountable for quality, safety, and operational targets.
• Safety Culture: Foster a strong, uncompromising safety environment across all third-party teams.
• Standards & Reporting: Ensure all work meets company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; regularly update senior management on KPIs and efficiency.
