Job summary

Wheeler Fleet Solutions seeks a Customer Master Data Governance Specialist to lead governance, quality, and ongoing improvement of enterprise customer data. You will steward customer information across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, BI, IT, and external partners to support operations, reporting, analytics, and strategic decisions.

During transformation, you will focus on data readiness, cleansing, migration, testing, validation, and adoption; after go-live, you’ll maintain

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, data governance, supply chain, or related field.
3+ years in master data management, data governance, or data quality.
Experience establishing data governance standards, controls and compliance.
Experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, validation, testing, or system implementation.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Office.

Responsibilities

Govern customer master data across enterprise applications and platforms.
Translate business requirements into customer data rules, workflows, and system needs.
Support profiling, cleansing, migration, validation, testing, and data loads.
Serve as SME or administrator for designated customer data tools and systems.
Lead data readiness activities for enterprise transformation and go-live readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on data requirements.
Document standards, controls, ownership, and governance practices.
