Job summary

Generac is seeking a Customer Contract Specialist to serve as the contract SME for the business group, reviewing customer agreements and partnering with sales leadership to highlight opportunities and risks.

The role emphasizes administrative rigor, cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and legal, and ongoing improvements to contract processes to ensure accurate execution and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of order management, contract review, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract SME for the business group and streamline processes.
• Review each customer agreement and highlight areas that may be challenging to meet requirements; develop and implement customer success metrics.
• Attend periodic meetings providing guidance and documentation on customer obligations; review purchase orders for inconsistencies.
• Maintain a well-organized system for all customer agreements for the business group.
• Ensure the system allows access for sales, account coordinators, credit, finance, order management, distributor support and IT.
• Update contract details periodically with sales leadership and legal.
