Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented Contract Support Coordinator to drive accurate new customer onboarding and contract administration within the Database Center.

You will work with Sales, Operations and internal teams to ensure compliant setups and timely updates. Ideal candidates bring SAP and Salesforce expertise, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, precise approach to handling account documentation and milestones in a multi‑project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• 7+ years in customer service, sales, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate contractual documents, PO's, and new account information; ensure accurate system updates.
• Maintain organized contract and account setup documentation, track statuses.
• Collect data and prepare documentation to support contract and account processes.
• Upload contract documents into internal systems and manage records.
• Assist onboarding for new accounts to ensure seamless transitions.
• Complete forms and documentation for account creation or modification.
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress of account setups and milestones.
• Generate regular status reports for leadership on contract and account activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
