We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our C&I team as a Contract Support Coordinator within Generac's Database Center business unit. This role plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring accurate and timely new customer setup across our systems.
As a key member of the team, the Contract Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer account creation and other contract management related maintenance in alignment with Generac's contractual policies and procedures. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support seamless integration and execution of new account onboarding and other contract administration processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in SAP and Salesforce platforms, coupled with a strong understanding of sales operations, contract management, order entry, and new account onboarding within a multi-project environment. This role requires a proactive mindset, a high level of accuracy, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and support Generac's continued growth and customer success.
