The University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a friendly front desk professional to greet clients, admit patients, and manage appointments across several animal services. The role supports payments, prescriptions, and referral coordination in a busy veterinary environment.
You will maintain the front desk area, handle high-volume calls, and ensure accurate client demographics and records. This civil-service, full-time position offers benefits and a collaborative team culture.
Days/hours: Friday to Sunday, 1:30pm to 12:00am (3 10-hour shifts, 30 hours a week)

The Veterinary Medical Center is comprised of the Lewis Small Animal Hospital for dogs, cats, and other companion animals, the Piper Clinic at the Leatherdale Equine Center , for horses, the Large Animal Hospital , which treats equine and farm animals, and occasionally, zoo animals, and the West Metro Equine Practice , located in Long Lake, MN.
