The University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine seeks a Shared Services Director to lead a new shared administrative services organization. Reporting to the COO, you will set service standards, balance resources, and drive equitable, high-quality support across units.
You will work with HR, IT, Finance, and communications to align roles, guide transformation, and promote diversity and inclusion while reporting to executive leadership.
The Shared Services Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the college's new shared administrative services organization. This role ensures units receive consistent, high-quality support while enabling efficient, equitable service delivery across the college. Reporting directly to the COO, the Shared Services Director is responsible for establishing common service standards, balancing resources across units, and continuously improving the unit support model. Working through the COO, the Shared Services Director acts as a critical conduit between the CVM Leadership Team (Administrative Council) and the Administrative Teams to ensure alignment on vision, priorities and execution.

Pay Range: $105,000- $130,000 annually, depending on education/qualifications/experience
