Job summary

Everest Home Improvement in Springfield, VA is seeking a full-time Customer Concierge to be the trusted connection between homeowners and project teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and care throughout the remodeling journey.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with a salary of $45,000–$55,000 per year and a competitive benefits package. You will manage client interactions, updates, and CRM documentation while coordinating with managers, crews, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, remodeling, real estate, project coordination or client-facing roles.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER CONCIERGE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions, schedules, and project updates simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset

Experience in customer service, hospitality, remodeling, real estate, project coordination, or another client-facing role, as well as CRM experience are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CUSTOMER CONCIERGE

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with employees reporting to a central location before going to their assigned job site or service area.

As our Customer Concierge, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their remodeling journey, helping ensure every project runs smoothly and every client feels informed and supported. You'll coordinate communication between customers, project managers, production teams, subcontractors, and vendors, provide updates on timelines and appointments, document important project information within CRM systems, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
