Everest Home Improvement in Springfield, VA is seeking a full-time Customer Concierge to be the trusted connection between homeowners and project teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and care throughout the remodeling journey.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with a salary of $45,000–$55,000 per year and a competitive benefits package. You will manage client interactions, updates, and CRM documentation while coordinating with managers, crews, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, remodeling, real estate, project coordination or client-facing roles.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners during their remodeling journey.
• Coordinate communication among customers, project managers, production teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide updates on timelines and appointments and document information in CRM systems.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
