Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organize checkstand area.
• Answer telephones and provide information or direct to appropriate areas.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, and gift cards.
• Compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support store initiatives.
• Handle price discrepancies and perform light file maintenance as needed.
• Assist with inventory checks and store accounting tasks as assigned.
• Possibly work weekends and various shifts as required.
