Salem Five is seeking a Universal Banker to support sales and customer service across our Massachusetts branches. You will build relationships, uncover needs, and cross-sell products while guiding customers through digital banking tools.

The role requires a high school diploma and NMLS registration, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and working across branch operations. Competitive pay and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Desire to develop banking industry skills and deliver excellent customer service.
• Federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and in good standing annually.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow Salem Five’s market share.
• Cross-sell products and services with branch management.
• Record customer contact in the Bank’s system.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with a personal connection and needs-based recommendations.
• Learn banking policies and branch operations; perform universal teller and sales duties.
