Merchants Bank in Winona is seeking a motivated Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service while offering a full range of banking products and services.

This full-time position covers branch hours Monday-Friday with a Saturday morning rotation and offers diverse opportunities to help customers open accounts, process transactions, and build lasting relationships.

Based at the Winona Drive Up, you may work at other Winona or Goodview branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and sales aptitude preferred.
• Banking or cash handling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open & maintain basic checking and savings deposit accounts.
• Process day-to-day banking transactions for customers.
• Respond to account inquiries and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Open, close and maintain safe deposit boxes; assist with branch operations.
• Build relationships and promote bank products to meet customer needs.
