Job summary

Merchants Bank in Red Wing is seeking a part-time Universal Banker (15-20 hours weekly) to provide exceptional customer service and a full range of banking solutions. Responsibilities include handling everyday transactions, opening accounts, and offering product recommendations in a friendly, efficient manner.

Strong communication, sales experience, cash handling, and the ability to multitask are essential. Banking experience is a plus; weekend shifts and occasional cross-branch work may occur.
