You will process payments, prepare and serve food, stock items, and support across shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful customer service to travelers.
• Cash handling and basic POS operation experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, and storage.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
