Job summary

You will stay involved through delivery to ensure what we proposed is what we actually deliver, collaborating across architects, engineers, and the broader team to realize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology experience, including hands-on or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand goals, challenges, environments, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery and translate needs into requirements, scope and success criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to craft solutions.
• Recommend approaches using cloud, data, AI/automation, app infra, ServiceNow, or other technologies.
• Develop high-level solution plans, resources, estimates and delivery approaches.
• Partner with sales in meetings, proposals, RFPs and opportunity development.
