Job summary

Castle Rental & Pawn in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Sales Specialist to build strong customer relationships and drive sales. You will become proficient with POS systems, explain product benefits, and help tailor recommendations to each customer.

You will also assist with rental agreements, promotions, and store promotions while maintaining inventory and visual appeal. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer-facing excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive sales.
• Become proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and processing transactions.
• Utilize customer service skills and sales techniques to recommend the right products for customers.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
• Calculate discounts and apply promotions to rental agreements and sales.
• Set up, file, and maintain customer folders.
• Conduct regular sales and marketing calls.
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, pricing, and store promotions.
• Assist with creating rental agreements and educating customers on their terms.
• Support the training and development of Field Solutions team members.
• Help with store inventory management and product refurbishing.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with all company policies and safety standards.
