Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas is seeking a Customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing team by managing customer accounts and coordinating order administration. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–10 years of related customer service, sales support, order administration, or coordination experience.
• Experience supporting Manufacturer Representatives and regional sales organizations is preferred.
• Trade show coordination experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems and customer portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and order administration activities, including customer purchase orders, order files, certifications, customer portals, and change orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate customer correspondence and sales activities within assigned territories and regions.
• Prepare and manage quotations, application reviews, specification reviews, and customer requests.
• Provide technical and product information to customers as required.
• Communicate order status updates and proactively address customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain and update open order reports, booking reports, and other sales-related records.
• Collaborate with Manufacturer Representative organizations and Regional Sales Managers to support territory activities.
• Coordinate customer documentation and ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Support sales initiatives and customer service objectives while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
• Assist with trade show coordination and related activities when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
