Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas in the San Diego area seeks a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to connect customers, Sales, and internal operations. You will manage the order process from entry through shipment and support returns, building strong relationships with key customers.

In this on-site role, you will coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to solve problems and keep orders on schedule. 5+ years of related experience and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with ERP or order-management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and RMAs from request to shipment.
• Review orders for accuracy, terms, and ISO requirements.
• Enter orders in ERP, assign delivery dates, provide acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to keep orders moving.
• Proactively communicate order status and changes to customers.
