Job summary

Parabolic Auto, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a motivated Sales Consultant to drive vehicle service contract sales. You will present clear coverage options, educate customers, and guide them toward confident decisions while delivering an exceptional experience.

You will engage customers via text, call, and email, manage a growing pipeline, and collaborate with remote teammates and AI agents to optimize the sales process and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Real customer-first attitude with an eye for the sale.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Ability to work in-person (Chicago) and with remote coworkers.
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead sales efforts by promptly responding to customer inquiries via text, call, and email.
• Effectively manage your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow up.
• Provide customers with factually correct information on different vehicle service contract options, and educate them to make informed decisions.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns about coverage, claims, existing contracts and scheduling.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Complete ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.
• Assist in training and refining our AI agents.
• Capture and relay actionable feedback on Sales Process and Consumer Experience improvement.
