You’ll handle transactions, replenish floor, explain promotions and loyalty, and support a safe, welcoming store environment. The role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and features.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
