Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and help sign up loyalty and financing programs while maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

Flexibility is required to work weekends and holidays; basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential components of the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in-store and online orders.

• Process transactions at POS and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist in creating store displays, signage, and merchandising.
