The role emphasizes inclusivity, staff development, and utilization of company tools to analyze KPIs. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with a focus on creating a positive omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success and model service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of store team.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report completion of tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising, promotions, and product placement.
• Support loss prevention through customer service and operational controls.
