Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company operates Break Time convenience stores and is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers, process transactions and maintain a clean, stocked store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, retail sales or food service experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with fast, friendly service and handle concerns promptly.
• Perform merchandising tasks, pricing, promotions, stocking and fronting of merchandise.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, employees and management.
• Work as a team to comply with regulations and operate store smoothly.
• Operate POS systems, make change, and complete shift reports accurately.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures and assist with loss control.
• Follow food preparation guidelines and ensure proper time/temperature controls.
• Keep the store clean, sanitary and well displayed at all times.
• Adhere to MFA Oil policies and perform other duties as assigned.
