Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Break Time Sales Associates to assist customers, process sales, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store during shifts. You will handle transactions, food preparation, and merchandising while following all policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Customer service, retail sales or food service experience is desirable.
• Friendly, customer-service oriented person in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers; provide fast, friendly service and accurate transactions.
• Merchandise products, price items, and keep stock fronted and faced.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Train new employees on policies; assist with cash handling and loss control.
• Follow food safety guidelines and use kitchen equipment as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with all regulations.
